Saint Matthew

On Wednesday evening at Saint Matthew, we will celebrate a special Thanksgiving Mass with our friends from Trinity Episcopal and Our Saviour’s Lutheran churches. The homily will be by Adelia Sandoval, who is the Spiritual Leader for the Juaneño Band of Mission Indians/the Acjachemen Nation, the indigenous people of Orange County. Adelia is also a member of Saint Matthew and studying for the Diaconate. We will be honored by the Tushmalum Heleckatum singers [meaning ‘hummingbirds that sing’] celebrating Harvest and Thanksgiving. Afterward, we will enjoy conversation, pie, and coffee with new and old friends.
