Event Details

Following up on our Sept. kick-off gathering, we’re getting together for a service project followed by BBQ lunch. We’ll be there for a few hours to tick off a honey-do list they’re preparing for us.

Things to bring:
Pruning tools, tools to cut branches, brooms, wide-mouthed shovels, a tarp, window cleaner & paper towels, plastic bags, and a leaf blower. Also, we need paint supplies to repaint a “tagged” metal wall. We are not sure of the preferred color yet, but please bring any extra paint for metal surfaces you may have around the house so the Catholic Worker has colors to choose from. And in the event there is more spur-of-the-moment paining needs, please bring paint for wood surfaces.

No need to RSVP.

Followed by BBQ around noon at Hart Park (701 S. Glassell Street, Orange)
